Development of a Wellbeing Strategy

Too often, the mental health and wellbeing support provided across an organisation can be very variable, and often depends on the level of skill and involvement of each manager.
Formalising your organisations wellbeing strategy can help to ensure that all employees can expect equitable treatment and support, and your managers have a framework to guide them. 

Our input on supporting you to develop a Wellbeing Strategy can include:
  • Support in writing a wellbeing policy which sets out the expectations of the employer and employee
  • Guidance on available and recommended resources to use within the workplace (such as Wellness Support Plans, workplace Stress Risk Assessments, etc.)
  • Advice on integrating the HSE stress risk assessment approach into your workplace
