Emma Liddell is the Founder of Blue Light Trauma Services and is a Member of Police Staff for over 13 years.
Her role has been diverse as she currently works for the Police as a Senior Psychological Health Advisor and a Trauma Specialist, as well as also having been a member of Police Staff in an operational capacity.
Having previously worked in the Control Room as a Radio Dispatch Officer and Emergency Call Handler she has a wide range of knowledge around dealing with and the effect of traumatic incidents, on both herself, colleagues and front line emergency workers. During her time with the Police Service she has also been used in a mentoring role provide support to other members of the organisation.
Emma works closely with a number of highly specialised colleagues with working knowledge of the Emergency Services to deliver a high of innovative and cost effective services.
